We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a nursing home setting. Your primary focus will be on administering medications, conducting specimen collection, and ensuring infection control. You will also be responsible for monitoring nutritional intake, observing and recording medication's therapeutic and side effects, and taking vital signs. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to surgeons, provide pre-operative and post-operative personal and comfort care, and monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and conduct specimen collection
  • Ensure infection control and monitor nutritional intake

Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
