Test Engineer Co-op

About the Role:
Svante is a rapidly growing clean energy technology company making commercial-scale carbon capture and removal a reality. As a Test Engineer Co-op, you will support the testing team in all aspects of the testing process, from mechanical to electrical, and concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the testing team in design, fabrication, calibration, and commissioning of test equipment to ensure it is safe and fit for purpose.
- Procure all necessary tools and materials required for fabrication, assembly, and testing processes.
- Execute assigned tests, ensuring all procedures and safety practices are followed while delivering quality data to the internal customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain and make available proper documentation of test equipment, results, and data in the correct locations.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with test equipment and perform preventative maintenance tasks where possible.
