Job Title: Staff UX DesignerWe're seeking a talented Staff UX Designer to join our team and help Visier and our customers grow, evolve, and win. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for crafting seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to understand complex scenarios and use cases for Visier's interface and other applications.
- Translate concepts into sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to establish a strong user experience vision.
- Review and validate designs with end-users and stakeholders through testing and feedback sessions.
- Support development with documentation and guidance as they implement designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other design tools.
- Mentor and develop junior designers and co-ops.
- Strong interaction design background, ideally with enterprise software experience.
- Experience planning and conducting usability tests.
- Ability to research, understand, and define user personas.
- Self-starter who can take ownership of complex UX problems.
- Experience with data tools, analytics, data modeling, or ETL domain knowledge.
- Experience wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups.
- Experience conducting user research and running usability tests.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, or other related design tools).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with design and development processes (Lean, Agile, Design Sprints, Design Thinking).
- Humility and open-mindedness.
- Competitive base pay range: $112k - $168k / year.
- Additional compensation types (e.g., commission plans, bonus) may be offered.
