Job Title: Healthcare Coordinator Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Coordinator Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for supervising laboratory technical personnel, medical clinical personnel, graduate students, research scientists, and other professionals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining, updating, and managing health information databases, producing reports, preparing research papers, educational texts, or articles, conducting interviews, acting as liaison between staff and management around wellness issues, interpreting trends and developments on health issues, developing policies, standards, and guidelines, and monitoring and compiling research results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or public health.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, with a focus on policy development and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, and free parking available.
