We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at CAKES-BAKES & CHICKEN KHURANA LTD. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking mixed dough and batters, preparing special orders, and supervising kitchen staff.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards, overseeing sales and merchandising of baked goods, and drawing up production schedules. They will also be required to prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare dough for various baked goods, such as pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods.
* Bake mixed dough and batters.
* Prepare special orders according to customer requirements.
* Supervise bakery personnel and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
* Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to increase revenue.

Requirements:
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
