About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex electrical systems, supervising technicians and engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also be involved in troubleshooting electrical failures, preparing contract documents, and evaluating tenders for construction or maintenance projects.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex electrical systems, including turbines, compressors, and transformers.
  • Supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts, and other engineers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Troubleshoot electrical failures, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare contract documents, evaluate tenders, and negotiate with contractors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
