We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at MAC Cosmetics. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering personalized makeup experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers on our products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to create a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest makeup trends and techniques.
- Work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced retail environment.
- While certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $17.75 to $28.55, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness programs, and opportunities for career growth and development.
