Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

At Interroll Canada, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in generating revenue by selling products or services over the phone or through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Correspond with customers via telephone and/or email to determine their requirements for quoting Interroll spare parts.
  • Prepare quotes for customers in SAP and consult with Interroll colleagues worldwide to provide pricing to customers.
  • Communicate with the Engineering Department to obtain drawings if required and enter sales orders in SAP.
  • Follow through on sales orders from order entry to shipping and handle customers in Canada and the USA.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to follow up on open orders, shipping, etc.
  • Create and update customer data as required in SAP.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of proven inside sales experience, with a bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised, and manage time effectively.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to solve practical problems, understand material flow and measurements.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and SAP experience a plus.
  • The ability to understand, interpret, and discuss detailed engineering drawings.
  • The ability to assess application needs and provide solutions with standard products.
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability.
  • The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of people.
Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet.
