Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle operations, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate the movement of trucks and trailers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and minimizing delays.
  • Monitor vehicle locations and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient routing and scheduling.
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Record and track vehicle expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer software and dispatching equipment.
