Job Title: Construction Engineering Technician

At Shan Construction Services Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Construction Engineering Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints to determine the dimensions of structures or systems and material requirements.
  • Develop Engineering Specifications: Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings.
  • Field Surveys and Inspections: Participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations.
  • Construction Planning: Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.
  • Engineering Designs: Prepare engineering designs and drawings.
  • Project Scheduling: Prepare project schedules.
  • Field Supervision: Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work Site Environment: Work outdoors.
  • Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
