About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats. You will also be responsible for requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, as well as operating machinery and overseeing sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Operate machinery.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
