We are looking for a talented individual who possesses excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of the business to understand their needs and solicit their requirements.
The successful candidate will participate in requirements analysis and verification sessions for complex projects and may lead requirements analysis and verification sessions for less complex projects.
Key responsibilities include analyzing, defining, and interpreting business needs and issues by gathering, analyzing, documenting, validating, and supporting the Business area(s) and user(s) technical (functional/non-functional) requirements.
A working knowledge of various methodologies such as agile, waterfall, scrum, hybrid is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within public sector (government ministries, Crown corporations) and insurance/investment organizations, and will be able to create project-related documents such as BRD, FRD, use cases, user stories, JAD sessions.
You will also ensure all user acceptance tests are conducted and documented according to standards, identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
