Compensation Package

The compensation package for this role includes a starting rate of $22.88 per hour with two increases per year based on satisfactory performance reviews. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual productivity bonus, health and dental benefits, and a pension plan with employer contributions up to 14% from the first day of hire.

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Print Cut department as General Labourers. In this role, you will be responsible for stacking finished cartons onto skids, performing quality checks, assisting operators and printers with machine setup, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to adapt to changes in priorities, work independently, and as part of a team. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or printing environment is considered an asset.
