Key Responsibilities

  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor and understand emerging technologies and trends in autonomous robotics, communicating this knowledge to our team and stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Advanced Degree: Hold a graduate degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  2. Research Program Management: Proven experience in managing research programs with varying risk levels, TRL levels, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading successful and failed research programs, with a strong track record of innovation and results.
  4. Technical Expertise: Broad familiarity with navigation, planning, perception, mapping, deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, and other relevant topics in autonomous robotics.
  5. Software Development: Proficient in software development and testing methodologies, with experience in languages such as C++ and Python.
  6. Robotics Experience: Hands-on experience with developing, deploying, and maintaining software for robots in real-world environments.
  7. Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to present and represent your work or organization in public, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
