We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Specialist to join our team at Werfenlife SA. As a Diagnostic Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical and technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their diagnostic needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform installations, validations, and training on Werfen analyzers
- Provide ongoing clinical support, customer education, and consult with customers regarding regulatory requirements and compliance
- Responsible for customer clinical & technical support and education
- Achieve and maintain a high level of competency in technical knowledge of Werfen products and services
- Identify opportunities to further penetrate current Werfen installed base and grow revenue within assigned accounts
- Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a lab or clinical setting
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Associates degree in Medical Technology (preferred), Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, or related scientific discipline required
Fluency in English Required
