Job Summary:
The Intermediate Project Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of healthcare architecture projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, architectural processes, and healthcare design. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to manage project teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee healthcare architecture projects from initiation to completion, adhering to established quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and milestone discussions.
- Track project progress, provide regular status updates, and communicate project milestones to the project team and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards in all project phases.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure design intent and client requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and verify alignment with design intent.
- Oversee project closeout procedures, including final documentation, punch lists, and project handover.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members, providing support and fostering professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on healthcare architecture projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Proven experience in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage project teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in project documentation.
- Familiarity with Canadian healthcare regulations and building codes is advantageous.
