Job Title: Concrete Mixer Helper

ARZ Contracting Ltd. is seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Concrete Mixer Helper. In this role, you will assist in the operation of heavy equipment, load and unload construction materials, and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:

This role involves working outdoors in a noisy and dusty environment. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
