Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee all aspects of international regulatory affairs for Jamieson Laboratories. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to liaise seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders, and have a proven track record in registration dossier preparation and maintenance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining regulatory submissions to various international government regulatory bodies;
- Motivating and leading the International Regulatory Team;
- SUPPORTING corporate and departmental objectives by ensuring regulatory projects are completed correctly and on time;
- Developing, maintaining, and monitoring processes to help the department meet its performance targets and efficiency goals;
- Identifying creative solutions for overcoming international regulatory challenges;
- Identifying new opportunities for International sales within the regulatory environment;
- Reviewing ingredients/formulas for alternate markets based on regulatory requirements;
- Reviewing technical documentation generated, from both internal and external sources, for international registrations;
- Reviewing international labels for compliance;
- Complying with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. facilities.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Biomedical Science or a related Life Science from an accredited post-secondary institution;
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in natural health product/dietary supplement industry;
- Significant experience registering natural health type products in international markets;
- Highly skilled in reviewing, assessing, communicating, and presenting scientific research;
- Outstanding capacity to manage time, staff, and multi-faceted projects;
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability;
- Effective communication skills; other language fluency an asset;
