Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Financial Crime Client Delivery Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, supervising Managers and Analysts on client projects, and ensuring that client objectives are met. You will work closely with our Director to design and implement KPI/KRI reports and identify opportunities for business growth. Additionally, you will mentor and coach engagement teams, promoting a culture of compliance and adhering to appropriate process for performance reviews and client surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise client projects, ensuring that client objectives are met.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging collaboration and open communication.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to improve processes and services.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
