At Paladin Security, we're committed to providing exceptional security services in Saskatoon. As a casual security guard, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Job Description:

We're looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong observational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and patrons
  • Conduct proactive patrols to ensure safety and address policy breaches
  • Attend and investigate security alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
  • De-escalate crisis situations and provide support as needed
  • Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers
  • Write clear and detailed reports on incidents, emergencies, and day-to-day activities
  • Provide first aid and medical response when required
  • Utilize two-way radios and computer applications to communicate site activities
  • Handle Lost & Found items and inquiries

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Security License
  • 40 Hour Security Guard Certificate (Saskatchewan)
  • CSA Basic First Aid Certification
  • Ability to walk 18/20km and climb stairs

Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and location. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
