Job Title: Roofing Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofing Team Leader to join our team at Flynn Canada Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of roofers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5-10 roofers, apprentices and labourers to complete roofing projects
  • Co-ordinate and schedule work on sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget
  • Supervise workers and ensure they have the necessary training and equipment to complete tasks safely and effectively
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgets are established
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Valid driver's license
Benefits:

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • As per collective agreement
