True Mechanical - A Leader in Mechanical Contracting

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Surveyor to join our team in the lower mainland. As a Mechanical Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading project areas and managing teams of tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project areas and manage teams of tradespeople
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure successful project completion
  • Manage on-site logistics, materials, and pre-fab for layout and deck work
  • Follow written and verbal instructions as required
  • Contribute to site/company culture by completing job duties with a positive attitude

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of surveying or total station layout experience pertinent to new construction
  • Certification in surveying – piping – fitting or structural trades is an advantage
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and supervise 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year apprentices if required
  • Flexibility to travel within the lower mainland
