Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nursery Labourer to join our team at Service d'entretien Alain Rodrigue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of our plants, ensuring they receive the necessary care and attention to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our plants.
  • Assist in the care and maintenance of plants, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning.
  • Help with the transplantation of seedlings and rooted cuttings.
  • Perform weeding and other tasks as required to maintain the health and appearance of our plants.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Conditions:

  • Temporary work term.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Work language: French.
