Fitness Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Experience Associate to join our team at Movati Athletic. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and resolve member concerns, escalating serious issues to the Management team as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail operations, including the cafe and pro-shop.
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services, promoting them to club members.
• Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly and consistently deliver 5-Star customer service.
• Assist with member experience events throughout the club as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a related industry (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.) is an asset.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification is required and must be maintained throughout employment.
