About the Role

As a key member of the Civil PMO team at Solution SFT, the Business Analyst will play a crucial role in defining and implementing a business intelligence strategy that supports the evolution of high technology. This involves managing data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform governance reports for the SPC and PMO Civil program.

The ideal candidate will be in direct contact with senior management and collaborate with various functions of the organization, including Project and Product Management, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and IT.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project and Product Cost Analysis: Develop and maintain detailed cost analysis reports for projects and products.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in business performance.
  • Report Development: Design and implement reports to provide insights into estimated expenses, cost reductions, financial forecasts, and other key metrics.
  • Financial Management: Support the development of financial management tools and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, relational databases, and SQL programming.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences.
  • Language Skills: Bilingualism in French and English is required.
