Job Description

As a Royal Bank of Canada Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with high-value personal and small business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive, professional advice and collaborate with RBC partners to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Utilize expertise in everyday banking, investments, and credit to deliver a comprehensive Advice Experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, empathy, and a client-centric approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
  • Quebec – Completed Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance, offered through the Canadian Securities Institute
  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
