- Proofread and Edit: Detect and correct errors in spelling, grammar, and syntax, ensuring our content is polished and professional.
- Content Development: Shorten or lengthen copy as needed, while maintaining the integrity and tone of the original content.
- Author and Staff Management: Negotiate royalties with authors and initiate payments to freelance staff, ensuring smooth communication and timely payments.
- Collaboration and Communication: Confer with authors, staff writers, reporters, and others regarding revisions to copy, fostering a collaborative and open environment.
- Project Management: Plan and coordinate activities of staff, ensuring production deadlines are met and our content is delivered on time.
