You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze HCM system requirements. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
You will lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party applications. This will require strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for developing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams on system customizations and enhancements. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Excel, and UKG Analytics, will be essential in generating reports to support business decision-making.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required. ~5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in HCM systems is also necessary for this role.
