Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental health, reporting any concerns to the on-call nurse.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement resident action plans.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to private seniors' home certification and employer policies.


Requirements:
  • PDSB training
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates
  • Law 90 training
