Job Title: Fine Watch Repair Specialist

Master Fine Jewellers is seeking a skilled Fine Watch Repair Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in jewellery repair and maintenance, with a focus on high-end timepieces.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Repair and maintain intricate timepieces, including watches and clocks, using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Appraise and examine gemstones and diamonds to identify rare specimens and detect peculiarity affecting stone values.
  • Clean and polish precious and semi-precious metal jewellery, including intricate details and settings.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members in jewellery repair and maintenance techniques.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.



Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in jewellery repair and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of timepiece repair and maintenance, including intricate mechanisms and quartz movements.
  • Ability to work with a variety of materials, including precious metals, gemstones, and diamonds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • 20/20 vision and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
