Job Title: Chief, Transportation Planning

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Chief, Transportation Planning. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our transportation strategy to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transportation strategy to optimize logistics and supply chain operations
  • Lead a team of transportation professionals to ensure seamless execution of transportation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and carriers
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure transportation performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of experience in transportation planning and logistics management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through strategic transportation planning
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
