As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will serve as a frontline advisor, utilizing your expertise to guide customers towards their optimal phone of choice and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles. Our diverse carrier mix, including Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Chatr, Lucky, and PC Mobile, offers a wide range of choices for our customers.

We prioritize delivering an exceptional in-store experience for all customers. Our comprehensive group benefits, training and development opportunities, and competitive commission package make us an attractive employer. With uncapped commissions and a base hourly rate of $50,000 - $60,000, this role offers significant earning potential.

In this role, you will:

• Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services
• Offer expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans to fit individual needs
• Collaborate with peers to increase and drive store traffic to boost sales
• Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Perform follow-up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction post-sale
