We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team at International Data Corporation (IDC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and experience with Marketo. This critical role will involve overseeing the successful execution of marketing programs in our marketing automation and email platforms (Marketo).
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to understand campaign goals and provide guidance on program delivery.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including asset creation, workflow testing, and tracking.
- Perform technical QA of programs constructed to ensure optimized performance and alignment with best practices.
- Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to refine program frameworks, assets, segmentation, and target lists.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on program and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Marketo.
- Marketo certification preferred.
- Experience with project management tools and resource management required.
- Familiarity with UTM strategy and Google Analytics (GA4) preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
