- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to support business decision-making.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent standing, walking, and bending. The ability to lift heavy loads and work in a team environment is essential.
Personal Suitability:- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing store conditions and priorities, including managing inventory and processing transactions.
- Organized: Maintain accurate inventory records, process transactions efficiently, and prepare reports on sales performance and inventory levels.
- Team Player: Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
