We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Construction Supervisor to join our team at Nabolsy Contracting Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of heavy equipment and ensuring the safe execution of pipeline construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise teams of workers involved in pipeline construction
  • Operate computer-aided design (CADD) software and other technical systems
  • Prepare and submit reports to project managers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate work activities with other supervisors and project managers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recruit and train new staff members as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment operations or a related field
  • Proven supervisory experience in a construction or pipeline industry setting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other computer software systems
  • Degree not required, but certificate or diploma an asset
Work Environment

This role requires working in various locations, including outdoors and in office settings. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

A strong understanding of the importance of teamwork, communication, and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
