Description du poste :


Ce rôle consiste à coordonner les activités quotidiennes du programme HELP, notamment celles liées au recrutement, l'intégration, la formation et la reconnaissance des bénévoles. Le coordinateur travaillera également pour tenir des registres sur les prêts et les retours et compiler des statistiques conformément aux procédures et politiques du programme.


En outre, le titulaire de ce poste agira comme intermédiaire auprès des établissements de soins de longue durée pour s'assurer que le prêt d'équipement spécialisé dans le cadre du programme HELP se déroule de manière efficace (y compris la livraison et le ramassage de l'équipement). Il sera également chargé de coordonner les tâches administratives quotidiennes telles que veiller au règlement des transactions financières, à l'exactitude des informations et à leur communication au public en temps opportun.


L'emploi nécessite également un environnement favorable, sécuritaire et inclusif pour tous les membres de l'équipe.



Compétences et qualifications requises :

  • Posséder terminé des études postsecondaires ou avoir un diplôme dans un domaine lié à la santé et posséder une à trois années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente ou une combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience.
  • Avoir déjà travaillé auprès de personnes aînées constitue un atout.
  • Pouvoir établir l'ordre de priorités de ses tâches et organiser plusieurs activités simultanément dans un milieu complexe axé sur le service à la clientèle.
  • Posséder de solides aptitudes en prise de décision, alliées à de bonnes capacités d'organisation.
  • Avoir d'excellentes aptitudes en supervision et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Maîtriser l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit est obligatoire; maîtriser le français constitue un atout important.
  • Avoir d'excellentes compétences en informatique et en présentation d'exposés.
  • Posséder une expérience professionnelle auprès de bénévoles; pouvoir superviser une équipe constitue un atout.
  • Connaître les processus de gestion des stocks.
  • Pouvoir soulever des objets lourds ou moyennement lourds.
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite satisfaisant, et pouvoir faire des déplacements dans la province.
  • Détenir un certificat de secourisme général et de RCR.
