Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, representing company values, and ensuring proper adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent company values and maintain a positive image of the company.
  • Ensure proper adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges, and directions.
  • Maintain sales tax exempt records.
  • Ensure all damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing.
  • Verify returned merchandise against refund slips prior to being returned to the sales floor.
  • Scan items correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having experience in customer service or retail is an asset. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
