About the RoleThe successful candidate will manage a varied caseload independently, conducting discoveries, mediations, applications, and trials with mentorship available for larger, more complex cases. Key Qualifications:- Member of the BC Bar in good standing, legally entitled to practice in Canada
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, ideally with trial experience
- Strong business acumen and proficient verbal, negotiation, and drafting skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently, meeting all deadlines
- Effective communicator with exceptional client service abilities
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
We offer a competitive salary range: $100,000 - $130,000, based on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy three weeks of paid vacation, sick days, and additional paid flex time throughout the year. Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, mental health, and a health spending account are also provided.
