About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Orderlies in Lévis. As an Orderly, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with their daily needs, including feeding, hygiene, and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in recreational activities and events to enhance resident engagement
Requirements
  • DEP in Healthcare Facility Assistance or DEP in Home Care or APRPA
  • Current CPR certification
  • PDSB certification
  • Competency 7 Act 90 (an asset)
  • Good proficiency in French
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
