Baker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at All Indian Grocery Store/Takeout Limited. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer orders
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
