Job Title: Electronic Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Service Technician to join our team at G&G Electronics. As an Electronic Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to determine the requirements for repair
  • Install electronic equipment and systems, ensuring proper functioning and safety
  • Repair and maintain electronic equipment and systems, using hand, power, or specially designed tools
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults
  • Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
  • Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies
  • Calibrate products using hand tools
  • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports
  • Prepare cost estimates
  • Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance
  • Electronic Technician Trade Certification - consumer products
  • Working at heights training
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance Certificate
  • Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) certification
  • A+ Certification
