This role is part of our Supply & Logistics team, responsible for shipping/receiving, materials management, and supporting site operations. As a Warehouse Technician, you'll operate equipment like Forklifts, Zoom Booms, and Loaders.
The ideal candidate will have an Inter-provincial Red Seal Journeyman Partsperson certification, experience with Forklifts, Zoom Booms, and Loaders, and minimum 3 years of warehousing experience. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with SAP experience and physical ability to lift, carry, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods.

Safety Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate absolute commitment to supporting a safe working environment.
- Support the Safety Management System and apply site safety standards, procedures, and policies.
- Participate in site safety initiatives and agree on behaviours with your team.
- Commit to and support Newmont's safety programs and initiatives.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Preserve a safe and clean work environment by following policies and procedures.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and checking merchandise.
- Keep accurate records of goods entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Receive pick tickets and prepare customer orders accordingly.
- Operate equipment like Forklifts, Zoom Booms, and Loaders.
- Enter data in inventory and logistics software.
