About the Job:

New Generation Concrete LTD is seeking an experienced Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in applying, levelling and smoothing coats of plaster, as well as preparing surfaces for finishing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster to create a seamless finish
  • Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure optimal plaster adhesion
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to achieve the desired consistency
  • Finish corners and angles, creating decorative designs in the finish coat if required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
