Cleaner Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Clarity Cleaning Ltd. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a clean and dust-free environment.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that all items are accounted for.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Invoice clients for services rendered.
Work Environment:

As a Cleaner, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and between 45 and 60 kg (100-132 lbs) as needed.
