Senior Assistant Store Manager

The Senior Assistant Store Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services in our stores. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
This position requires up to 38 hours of work per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands of the job involve standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and management experience is required.
