School Bus Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a School Bus Driver. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport students to and from school in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and adhere to all relevant regulations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Completed Grade 10
  • Valid Class 1 or 2 B.C. Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement or Class 5 License with Class 2 Learners and Air Brake Endorsement
  • Clear Driver's Abstract
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage of $32.37 per hour
  • 5% of bi-weekly earnings in lieu of vacation
  • 4.6% of straight time earnings in each pay period in lieu of statutory holidays
  • Opportunity to enroll in a benefits package and pension plan after completing a probationary period
