About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Research (OR) Analytics Developer to perform full systems life cycle management activities, including analysis, requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of applications and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, code, test, and correct moderately to highly complex programs to develop optimization tools and heuristics.
  • Collaborate with analysts, users, and planning groups to identify business problems and recommend solutions.
  • Apply application development and optimization techniques to gather data, research technical methods, create prototypes, and implement solutions.

This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for problem-solving and innovation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, STEM, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in related computer science field.
  • Experience performing full systems life cycle management activities.
  • Strong programming skills in C++, C#, Java, Python, or other relevant languages.

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,360.00/year to $142,020.00/year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
