Your New Role

As a Service Technician - Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site service to our dental clients. This includes troubleshooting and repairing dental equipment, supporting the installation of new equipment, and assisting with in-house repairs. You will also be responsible for selling maintenance contracts and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site service to dental clients, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment
  • Support the installation of new equipment and assist with in-house repairs
  • Sell maintenance contracts to clients

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with mechanical, electronic, or other equipment repairs

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment with assistance
