Plumbing and Heating Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Heating Sales Representative to join our team at Standard Plumbing & Heating Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing and heating systems and be able to effectively communicate with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify and solicit potential clients to promote our plumbing and heating services.
- Needs Assessment: Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services.
- Sales Contract Preparation: Prepare and administer sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale to ensure their satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve product and service-related problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Cost Estimation: Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services to provide accurate quotes.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.
