Job Title: Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team at Johnston's. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing bank reconciliations, invoicing clients, and collecting payments from debtors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Invoice clients in a timely and professional manner
- Collect payments from debtors and manage cash flow
- Perform general office duties, including maintaining filing and record systems
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD) is an asset
